Frequently Asked Questions

What's the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Depends on the model and how customised you need it, but most builds ship within a few weeks of order confirmation. We'll give you a firm date in writing as part of the quote.

Is training really included, or is it an upsell?

Included as standard. Setup, software walkthrough, event-day handling, troubleshooting basics — all covered before you take the booth out on a paid job.

What support do I get after delivery?

UK phone and email support, software updates, and access to our spares network. We'll talk you through anything that comes up — these are the same booths we run on our own jobs, so we know them inside out.

Can I see a booth before committing?

Yes — we run booths most weekends across Surrey and London. Where it's logistically possible, we can arrange for you to see one in operation on a live job (with the customer's permission) or visit us for an in-person demo.

What's involved in a floor-mounted or wall-mounted install?

We'll do a site visit before quoting — to check power supply, signage line-of-sight, anchor points (for wall-mounted), and the surrounding space. The install itself is done by our team; you get a fully commissioned booth, not a flat-packed kit. We'll talk you through what your venue needs to provide as part of the spec conversation.

Do you trade in older booths?

Sometimes — depends on the model, age, and condition. Ask us as part of the discovery call.
