We deliver the equipment fully tested and ready to play. Setup takes 15–45 minutes depending on the item. Self-play games run themselves — guests use them freely throughout the event with no operator needed. Staffed services (DJ, karaoke) come with a friendly operator who handles requests and the music flow.

Active entertainment gets guests off their seats and interacting. Works brilliantly as an alternative or complement to a photo booth — popular with kids, teens, and competitive adults. Great for corporate team-building, weddings, birthdays and brand activations.

How tall are the light-up letters and numbers?

4ft (~1.2m) tall freestanding letters and numbers. Big enough to be a focal point at any venue, small enough to fit through standard doorways. Each character is roughly 60-90cm wide depending on the letter shape.

Do you have all letters of the alphabet?

Yes — full A–Z plus 0–9 and common punctuation. Most-booked combinations include couple initials, "MR & MRS", "LOVE", milestone ages (18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60), and brand names. Multi-character orders need to be confirmed at booking based on stock availability.

Can we choose the colour of the lights?

Standard warm white (looks like classic Hollywood-style bulbs). Coloured options (red, blue, pink, gold, RGB colour-cycling) available at no extra cost — let us know preferred colour at booking.

How are the letters powered?

Each character runs from a standard 13A socket via a 4m extension cable. Multiple characters can chain together off a single socket. Battery-powered upgrade available for outdoor or stage placements where mains isn't accessible.

Can the letters be used outside?

Yes for dry weather and short outdoor placements (welcome aisle, photo backdrop). The bulbs are weather-resistant but not fully weatherproof — for forecast rain we recommend moving them under cover or planning for a marquee.

How are the letters delivered and installed?

We deliver, position to your floor plan, plug in, and check every bulb is lit before doors open. Each character stands on a sturdy base — no fixings or wall-mounting needed. We collect after the event.
