We deliver the equipment fully tested and ready to play. Setup takes 15–45 minutes depending on the item. Self-play games run themselves — guests use them freely throughout the event with no operator needed. Staffed services (DJ, karaoke) come with a friendly operator who handles requests and the music flow.

4ft (~1.2m) tall freestanding letters and numbers. Big enough to be a focal point at any venue, small enough to fit through standard doorways. Each character is roughly 60-90cm wide depending on the letter shape.
Yes — full A–Z plus 0–9 and common punctuation. Most-booked combinations include couple initials, "MR & MRS", "LOVE", milestone ages (18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60), and brand names. Multi-character orders need to be confirmed at booking based on stock availability.
Standard warm white (looks like classic Hollywood-style bulbs). Coloured options (red, blue, pink, gold, RGB colour-cycling) available at no extra cost — let us know preferred colour at booking.
Each character runs from a standard 13A socket via a 4m extension cable. Multiple characters can chain together off a single socket. Battery-powered upgrade available for outdoor or stage placements where mains isn't accessible.
Yes for dry weather and short outdoor placements (welcome aisle, photo backdrop). The bulbs are weather-resistant but not fully weatherproof — for forecast rain we recommend moving them under cover or planning for a marquee.
We deliver, position to your floor plan, plug in, and check every bulb is lit before doors open. Each character stands on a sturdy base — no fixings or wall-mounting needed. We collect after the event.
