We deliver the equipment fully tested and ready to play. Setup takes 15–45 minutes depending on the item. Self-play games run themselves — guests use them freely throughout the event with no operator needed. Staffed services (DJ, karaoke) come with a friendly operator who handles requests and the music flow.

Standard sizes are 3m × 3m (small wedding / 50-80 guests), 4m × 4m (medium event / 100-150 guests), 5m × 5m (large wedding / 200+ guests), and 6m × 6m (corporate gala). Custom sizes built from 60cm × 60cm panels — let us know venue dimensions at booking.
Around 60–90 minutes depending on size. Each panel locks together and connects to the controller; we level any uneven sub-floor with shims and bevel the edges so guests don't trip. We arrive 2–3 hours before doors.
Yes — the surface is hard-wearing acrylic over the LED panels, rated for stilettos and heavy footfall. The bevelled edge ramps prevent toe-stubbing. We use professional-grade panels, not the thinner home/event kits sold online.
Yes — the controller cycles through 16M colours and supports custom programmed sequences (e.g. wedding-colour pulse during the first dance, brand colours during corporate speeches). Send your colour preferences at booking.
In sheltered conditions only — marquee, gazebo or covered terrace on a dry, level base. Direct rain isn't suitable. For garden weddings we recommend siting the dance floor under marquee cover.
One standard 13A socket is enough for floors up to 4m × 4m. Larger floors (5m × 5m and above) need two 13A sockets on separate circuits — confirm at booking and we'll provide a power-distribution box.
