Zero upfront cost — we install, you host, we share the revenue

Photo booth profit share

Add a photo booth to your venue without paying for it. We install and maintain the unit, you give it a home, and we share the revenue it generates. No capital outlay, no maintenance overhead — just a new revenue line for your business.

Floor-mounted or wall-mounted

Profit share applies to permanent installs only — the booth lives in your venue for the term of the agreement. You pick the form factor that fits your space.

Floor-mounted photo booth — corporate freestanding totem in a venue
Floor-mounted

Floor-mounted

A permanent freestanding totem. Plugged in, always on, ready whenever your guests are. Sits wherever you have a power point and a metre of floor space.

Best for Hotel lobbies, restaurant entrances, FEC and visitor attraction concourses, retail floors, coworking common areas.
Wall-mounted photo booth — sports bar install with custom branding
Wall-mounted

Wall-mounted

Sits flush against a wall — no floor footprint at all. Ideal where space is tight, or where a wall-fixed unit fits the aesthetic better than a freestanding totem.

Best for Bars, pubs, restaurant booths, retail spaces, coffee shops, tight-floorplan venues that still want a guest-facing booth.

Why profit share

The pitch is simple: a new revenue line that costs you nothing to bring in. We carry the risk on the install and the kit; you give it a home and host paying customers.

  • Zero upfront cost

No capital purchase, no lease payment, no install fee. We supply, deliver and commission the booth.

  • Maintenance is on us

Servicing, software updates, consumables, repairs — all covered. The booth is our responsibility throughout the term.

  • Passive revenue

Guests use the booth, the booth earns, and a share lands in your account. You don't need to staff it or sell it.

  • Custom branding

We wrap the booth in your venue's branding so it looks like part of your offer, not a third-party machine.

  • We handle support

If a guest has trouble or the booth needs attention, our team responds — your staff aren't pulled into operating it.

  • Clean exit if needed

If the install isn't earning its keep at your site, we remove the booth at end of term. No depreciation hangover.

Your venue, your branding

The booth lives in your space, so it should look like part of your offer — not a third-party machine. A few concept examples of how a profit-share install can be branded around the venue it sits in:

Who profit-share works for

The simplest test: do you have decent footfall and a spot where guests linger or queue? If yes, profit share is probably the cleanest way for you to add a booth.

  • Hotels with bars, lobbies, or function spaces
  • Restaurants & pubs with regular foot traffic
  • Bars and late-night venues
  • Family entertainment centres & soft play
  • Visitor attractions, museums, theme parks
  • Shopping centres & retail destinations
  • Sports & leisure venues
  • Coworking spaces with social areas

How profit share works

Four steps and the booth's in your venue. No capital outlay required at any point.

  • Initial conversation

We talk through your venue, your guests, and where a booth could realistically earn. 20-30 minutes, no commitment either way.

  • Site visit

We come and look at the space — power, sightlines, where guests linger, whether a floor or wall mount fits. We tell you honestly whether the maths works for your venue.

  • Agreement

Clear terms on the revenue split, the install spec, the support arrangement, and the term length. Tailored to your venue, not a one-size template.

  • Install & live

We install, brand and commission the booth. From day one, guests can use it and revenue starts flowing — your share lands monthly.

Already thinking about buying or leasing?

If the maths on profit share doesn't work for your situation — or you'd rather own the booth and keep all the revenue — there are two other routes. Buying is best for high-volume, long-term commitment. Leasing is a middle ground: monthly cost, no asset on the books.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the revenue split?

We don't publish a fixed split because it depends on the venue — footfall, booth form factor, what your guests are willing to pay per use, who covers branding/customisation. We'll walk through the structure with you on the discovery call and write a clear figure into the agreement.

Is there really no cost to my venue?

Yes — no purchase fee, no install fee, no lease payment, no maintenance fee. The only thing you provide is space, a power point, and the agreement to host the booth. Our share of the revenue is what funds our side of the arrangement.

How long is the agreement?

Term lengths vary depending on venue and form factor — usually long enough that both sides can see the install earn out. We'll discuss the right length for your situation on the site visit and lock it in before install.

What happens if the booth doesn't earn enough?

That's the risk we carry, not you. If revenue at your venue is genuinely not working, we remove the booth at end of term — you've lost no money and a bit of floor space for the agreed period. We'd rather walk away cleanly than push an install that isn't earning.

Can I have multiple booths at multiple sites?

Yes — hospitality groups, FEC chains, and multi-site brands are some of the best candidates for profit share. Each site gets a tailored agreement based on its specific footfall and space, but the overall structure can be rolled out across a portfolio.

What does the install actually look like?

We come, fit the booth (floor or wall mounted, depending on agreement), brand it to your venue, connect power, run a test cycle, and walk your team through what to expect day-to-day. From your side it's a couple of hours of access on install day, then it's running. No structural changes needed beyond mounting points for a wall install.

Will my staff need to operate it?

No — the booth is self-service. Guests walk up, use it, pay for prints or digital downloads, and leave. If something needs attention, our support team responds. Your team doesn't need product training or to take ownership.

What if I want to switch to buying or leasing instead?

Talk to us. Some venues start on profit share to test the concept then convert to buying once they're confident. We'll put a transition arrangement together if that's the path that makes more sense for your business.
