We provide a professional photographer with full photography kit. They arrive about an hour before doors, work the room from arrivals through to the key moments, and — if you want it — share every shot live to guests' phones via text, email, QR scan or AirDrop on the night. An edited online gallery follows after the event.

How does the live photo sharing work?

The photographer carries a wrist-mounted phone running a live-share device. Each shot uploads as it's taken. When the photographer brings the phone to a guest, the guest picks how they want their copy — text message, email, QR scan or AirDrop — and gets the photo on their phone within seconds. Optional on every booking, included when you want it, switched off when you don't.

Can guests get their photo before the night is over?

Yes — that's the point of live sharing. Most guests leave the event with the photo already on their camera roll, ready to post or send on. For tight corporate-coverage events where live distribution isn't appropriate we can switch live sharing off and run the night gallery-only.

What gets photographed?

Whatever the event needs — arrivals, candid mingling, formal groups, speeches, awards, key moments, room and branding shots, atmosphere and energy. Tell us your run sheet at booking and the photographer works to it; otherwise they cover the event the way an experienced wedding or party photographer would.

When do we receive the full edited gallery?

After the event, via a private online gallery. Exact turnaround is agreed at booking and depends on event length and the editing brief — short-coverage events turn around quickly; full-day weddings and large corporate galleries take longer. Live shares on the night are separate and instant.

How long does the photographer cover for?

As long as you book — short key-moments coverage (arrivals, speeches, group shot) through to full-day wedding coverage from prep through to the last dance. Tell us your timeline at booking and we'll match coverage to it.

Can we book the photographer alongside a photo booth or DJ?

Yes — it's one of the most-booked combinations on the order form. The photographer works the room candidly while the photo booth handles the posed-and-printed side, and a DJ runs the dance floor. Multiple bookings, one team co-ordinating, one quote.

Are you insured?

Yes — public liability insurance is included as standard. Venues that request a copy of the certificate can have it on file before the day.

How far do you cover?

Surrey, London, Kent and UK-wide. Travel is built into the quote based on your venue postcode — drop your date and postcode into the instant quote and we'll come back with a tailored figure.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can — peak Saturday wedding dates book out furthest ahead. Weekday and off-peak dates are often available with much shorter notice. Send your date and postcode through the instant quote and we'll confirm availability straight away.

How much does event photography cost?
