Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

Within a few hours during working hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-22:00, Sat 10:00-21:00, Sun 11:00-19:00). Out-of-hours enquiries are typically picked up first thing the next working day. For urgent same-day questions, the out-of-hours number 07518 139993 is monitored 24/7.

Can I get an instant quote without speaking to anyone?

Yes — try the Instant Quote widget on our homepage. It builds a price for your event in under a minute by asking date, event type, and which booths/extras you want. The form on this page is for more bespoke enquiries or multi-product packages.

Do you cover events outside Surrey?

Yes — UK-wide coverage from our Surrey base. London, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, and the rest of the South East are covered without travel surcharges. Further afield (Midlands, Wales, North) we'll quote travel + accommodation alongside the booth hire.

How far in advance should I enquire?

6-12 months for popular wedding dates (May-September Saturdays especially). 3-4 months for off-peak weddings, corporate events, and weekday parties. Last-minute enquiries are sometimes possible — we'll check and let you know within hours.
