We bring the full experience to your venue. Guests step in, the system captures their photo, and the effect — AI scene, themed overlay, custom backdrop — transforms it into something they can't get anywhere else. Our attendant guides each guest through the session and shares the result instantly via QR, email or text.

Every shot is a unique, themed keepsake — and a talking point that keeps guests coming back to the booth. For corporate and brand events, every share carries your logo onto guests' social feeds, turning the experience into organic reach.

Is the Elf Yourself booth only for Christmas parties?

It's most-booked for Christmas parties and corporate festive events, but it also works well for January children's parties, "Christmas in July" launches, and any winter-themed event. The booth runs all year — the elf transformation just always returns festive output.

How does the elf transformation actually work?

Guests step in front of the booth, the camera captures their face, and AI maps it onto a fully animated elf body in a Christmas scene. Hair colour, skin tone and expression come through — guests still recognise themselves under the elf hat.

Can we add festive overlays or branding?

Yes — corporate logos, event names, sponsor branding, and custom backgrounds can all be added to the elf scenes. Every transformation prints on themed photo paper with your branding alongside the elf graphic.

Does Elf Yourself work for kids and adults?

Yes — the booth is height-adjustable and the prompts are kid-simple. It's especially popular at family Christmas parties, school festive events, and corporate "bring your kids to work" days.

Do guests get prints or just digital?

Both — instant thermal photo prints on the spot for guests to take home, plus digital copies sent by email/text/AirDrop/QR. Most clients use the prints as Christmas card photos for the year ahead.

Does the Elf Yourself booth need WiFi?

Yes — the AI elf transformation runs in the cloud, so a stable internet connection is required. We bring a 4G hotspot as backup at no extra cost in case venue WiFi is patchy.

We deliver, set up, run, and pack down ourselves — no third-party operators. Public-liability insurance is included on every booking, and every booth is PAT-tested annually.
