A standard cart serves 80–150 guests across a 3-hour service window. For larger events we double up on cart capacity or add a second cart — we'd rather you have leftovers than run out before the speeches.
Yes — bunting, signage, tablecloth colour, and bunting text can all be customised. For weddings we add the couple's names; for corporate events we match brand colours and add logo signage. Send a brief at booking.
Both options work. Self-serve is the most popular — guests scoop into branded paper bags throughout the night. Staffed adds a presenter who manages portion sizes (handy for kids' parties to avoid sweet-related mayhem).
They're yours to keep. We pack any unopened/unused stock back into clean jars and leave them on the cart at end of hire. Most weddings split leftovers among the wedding party to take home.
