Frequently Asked Questions

Can we hire any of these services on their own, without a photo booth?

Yes — DJ, photography and videography are each bookable standalone. You don't need a photo booth on the same quote to book any of them. Pick the services you want at quote stage and we'll come back with a tailored figure.

Can we book several services together on one quote?

Yes — it's how most clients book. Photographer + photo booth, DJ + booth with light-up letters, photographer + videographer + booth + DJ for full coverage. Pick the lineup at quote stage and we'll come back with a combined figure. One quote, one team co-ordinating the night, one invoice.

Who's responsible on the day — one supplier or several?

SFB. One point of contact across every service you book through us, from quote through to event day. Public liability insurance covers the whole booking. If anything needs sorting on the night, the SFB team is the single number to call.

When do we receive the edited photos and video after the event?

Agreed at booking and tailored per service. Photo galleries are delivered via a private online gallery; video highlight reels via download link or online video gallery. Exact turnaround depends on event length and the editing brief — shorter corporate coverage turns around faster than full-day weddings. Live photo sharing to guests' phones happens on the night when you book photography.

How long does the DJ play for, and can we extend?

Three, four, five or six hours — pick the duration in the quote builder. Late-licence extensions are available where your venue's licence allows it; tell us at quote stage and we'll confirm. Wireless microphone and optional MC duties (announcements, bridal-party intros, last-orders calls) are included.

Do you cover events outside Surrey?

Surrey, London, Kent and UK-wide. Travel is built into the quote based on your venue postcode. Drop your date and venue postcode into the instant quote and we'll come back with a tailored figure.
