Cinematic 4K (or 1080p on request) MP4, colour-graded and audio-mixed. We deliver in formats sized for the platforms you'll share on — landscape for YouTube/Vimeo, vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels and TikTok, square 1:1 for LinkedIn and Facebook feeds.
Standard wedding highlight reel is 3-5 minutes; corporate highlight reel is 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Plus a longer 8-15 minute "feature edit" with full speeches and key moments. Both delivered as standard with the package.
The edited highlight + feature reel are included in every package. Raw footage (MP4 source files) is available as a paid add-on for events where you have your own editor or want long-term archival. Most clients are happy with the edits alone.
Recording only as standard. Live-streaming (to YouTube, Vimeo or a private corporate platform) is available as a paid add-on requiring 2 weeks of advance setup and a reliable venue internet connection. Useful for hybrid corporate events.
Yes — long lenses, smart-casual dress, no big over-the-shoulder rigs that scream "videographer". Camera operators move with the event and capture moments without directing them, which produces more authentic footage than a posed shoot.
One videographer is standard for events up to 100 guests. For weddings or corporate events of 150+ we recommend two — one capturing wide-angle ceremony/speeches, one capturing close-up reactions and detail. Two-camera coverage gives a much richer edit.
