We deliver the station fully clean and stocked, set it up at your venue, and either staff it for you or leave it self-serve depending on the package. Guests help themselves throughout the event; we restock as needed and pack down at the end.

How long does each candy floss take to make?

Around 30–60 seconds per stick — the sugar crystallises onto the spinning cone in real time. Guests love watching it form. A trained operator can serve 60–80 sticks per hour at full pace.

What flavours of candy floss do you offer?

Standard package covers strawberry (pink), bubblegum (blue), apple (green) and vanilla (white). Premium add-ons include cola, watermelon, raspberry, and rainbow swirls. Mix flavours for themed events (e.g. wedding-colour candy floss).

Is candy floss allergen-friendly?

Yes — pure spun sugar with food-safe flavour and colour. Naturally gluten-free, dairy- free, nut-free, vegan, and halal. Always check the specific flavour mix at booking if you have guests with severe allergies.

Can guests use the candy floss machine themselves?

No — the spinning bowl runs hot and we operate the machine throughout for safety. Guests can pick the flavour and colour, then watch as the operator spins their floss onto the cone. Family-friendly, hands-on entertainment without the burns.

How much candy floss can the machine make per hour?

A trained operator produces 60–80 sticks per hour at peak. For events of 100+ guests we build in a steady-flow service across the whole hire window so nobody waits more than a few minutes.

Is the candy floss machine suitable for outdoor events?

Yes for sheltered outdoor (marquee, gazebo, covered terrace). Wind blows the floss off the cone, so we recommend at least a sheltered roof. Direct rain isn't suitable — the sugar absorbs moisture and the machine needs to stay dry.
