How early should we book for prom season?

What paperwork do you provide for the school's safeguarding lead?

We supply public liability insurance documentation and safeguarding paperwork on request — flag what your school's safeguarding lead needs at booking and we'll send it ahead of the night. If a specific certificate or DBS clearance is required, tell us at booking so we can confirm it covers the prom date.

How long should we book the booth for a prom?

Standard hire is 3 hours of operation. Most proms find peak booth time lands during the photo-call hour after arrival and the first hour of dancing — book the booth open from arrival through the first hour of dancing. Late-finish proms can extend.

Do you cover proms outside Surrey?
