We deliver the station fully clean and stocked, set it up at your venue, and either staff it for you or leave it self-serve depending on the package. Guests help themselves throughout the event; we restock as needed and pack down at the end.

What kind of chocolate do you use?

Real Belgian couverture chocolate (33% milk by default; dark and white available on request). It's a higher cocoa content than the cheaper "fountain chocolate" sold for home use, so it flows smoothly and tastes like proper chocolate, not waxy hot-fluid.

What dippers come with the chocolate fountain?

Standard package includes strawberries, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, banana, shortbread fingers, and skewers. Premium add-ons include profiteroles, brownies, fresh raspberries, and salted pretzels. Send any allergy requirements at booking.

How many guests can the chocolate fountain serve?

A standard fountain serves 80–120 guests across a 2-hour service window. For larger events we use a bigger 3-tier fountain or run two fountains side-by-side.

Is the chocolate hot? Is it safe for kids?

The chocolate is melted but kept at flow temperature (~45°C) — warm to the touch, not scalding. Safe for kids to use under supervision. Our staffed package adds an attendant who manages the queue and helps with smaller hands.

Can you do dark or white chocolate?

Yes — dark, white, and milk all available. Mixed-fountain setups (e.g. dark + white side by side) work well for weddings where guests have different preferences. Specify at booking.

How messy is the chocolate fountain?

Less than people fear. The fountain sits on a generous catch tray, and we provide a fitted tablecloth that catches any drips. Self-serve does occasionally produce enthusiastic-toddler chocolate disasters; the staffed package keeps things tidy.
