The Brief

When Chessington World of Adventures Resort planned their festive season — shared Christmas party nights for companies, rounded off with a public New Year's Eve party — they booked us direct to bring the entertainment. Not just a booth in the corner, but a full package across the venue: photo booths, AI experiences, a UV games room, a fun casino, arcade machines and unlimited sweet treats, all set up and run by our own team.

The Experience

Guests could bounce between it all, all night:

A white starlit LED dance floor at the centre of the party
Chessington-branded prints and instant sharing from our selfie pods — grown-up AI themes on one, dinosaurs and roller coasters on the kids' pod
A spin on the 360 video booth
Glow-in-the-dark table tennis and table football in the UV games room, plus arcade machines

Selfie Pod and Kids Selfie Pod, both running our AI Photo Booth Experience — adult themes on the main pod, children's themes like dinosaurs and roller coasters on the smaller one

The Booths

Two selfie pods ran side by side — the full-size pod with AI themes for the grown-ups, and a smaller kids' pod loaded with children's themes like dinosaurs and roller coasters. Both were dressed in Chessington World of Adventures branding, printing on the spot and sharing photos straight to phones, while the 360 video booth caught the party in motion.

The UV Games Room

One room went full glow — UV table tennis and UV table football under blacklight, with arcade machines alongside.

Unlimited pick n mix, candy floss, popcorn and slush — all served by our team throughout, so the queue kept moving and the treats kept coming.
