How does the feedback form work?

Tap a star (1-5) to set your rating. If you give 4 or 5 stars we'll redirect you to leave a Google review (which helps us enormously). For 1-3 star ratings we open a private feedback form so we can address what went wrong directly without it being public.

Why ask for private feedback before public reviews?

So we can fix things. Public reviews are useful but they're a poor channel for "you forgot the props" or "the booth ran out of paper" — those need a direct response from us, not a public airing. Private first, public when you're happy.

Will my feedback be made public?

Only if you choose to leave a Google review (4-5 stars route). Private feedback stays between you and our team. We use it to improve, not to publish.

Can I leave feedback anonymously?

Private feedback requires a name and email so we can follow up. We don't share these or attach them to anything public — they're for our internal records and response.

How long until I hear back from you about my feedback?

Within 24 hours during working time, often within hours. If you've raised an issue that needs investigating, we'll acknowledge first then come back with the full response within a few days.
