Do guests need an app to upload photos?

No. Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera, the upload page opens in their browser, and they upload from there. No app install, no login, no account creation. Removing the app barrier means upload rates land 4-5× higher than app-based services.

Can guests upload videos as well as photos?

Yes — photos (JPEG, HEIC, PNG) and short videos (MP4, MOV, up to 30 seconds). Videos are auto-compressed for delivery so the gallery stays fast to browse, but the original quality is preserved in the download.

Is there a limit on how many uploads guests can make?

No upload limit per guest, no total event cap. Guests can upload as many photos and videos as they take. We've handled events where guests collectively uploaded 1000+ files in a single evening.

How long is the gallery available after the event?

Instant access from the moment the event ends. Download everything to your own storage at any time. The hosted gallery stays live for 90 days as standard, with optional extensions if you want guests to keep browsing for longer.

Can we share the gallery with guests?

Yes — you can send the gallery link to guests so they can browse, view, and download everyone's uploads. Optional moderation lets you approve uploads before they appear to other guests if you'd prefer to curate.
