Frequently Asked Questions

How is the commission paid?

Commission is paid via bank transfer within 30 days of the event date (after the booking has been delivered). You receive a confirmation email with your commission breakdown alongside the payment. We handle all the accounting; you just receive the funds.

How does the unique referral code work?

Each partner gets a unique code (typically a short word or your business name). When clients book using your code in the booking enquiry, the system automatically attributes the booking to you. Codes can be shared verbally, on business cards, via your social media, or embedded in your website with a custom URL.

Do clients get a discount when they use my partner code?

Optional — partners can choose to share part of their commission with clients as a discount, or keep the full commission. Some partners prefer the "client discount" approach to make their referral more attractive; others prefer to bank the full commission. Your choice.

Is there a minimum number of referrals to maintain partner status?

No minimum — you stay on the partner programme indefinitely. We have partners who refer 1-2 clients a year and partners who refer dozens. Both are valued; both get the same commission rate.

Can I refer corporate or wedding-vendor packages too?

Yes — the partner programme covers all our products: photo booths, experiences, add-ons, catering, photo/video services, DJ. Corporate brand-activation bookings and wedding-package bookings both count.
