Morphe at Selfridges

Two week-long retail pop-ups — inside Selfridges London, then in the shopping centre outside the Selfridges store in Manchester — with our Selfie Pod at the heart of both.

The Brief

Before Morphe toured the UK with us, they ran a pair of week-long pop-ups with Selfridges — a pop-up store inside Selfridges London, then a second pop-up in Manchester, inside the shopping centre just outside the Selfridges store. Shoppers could trial the products, buy on the spot and enter giveaways — and the stand needed a draw: something that would stop people mid-shop and pull them in. That was our job.

The Experience

No queue-and-script journey here — the pop-ups were open to everyone passing:

  • Trial and shop the Morphe range at the stand
  • A go on Morphe's spin-to-match game, with prizes up for grabs
  • And a photo at our Selfie Pod to finish — a Morphe-branded print in hand, plus a digital copy shared online on the spot

The Result

Engagement, all week, in both cities — the pod gave shoppers a reason to stop, and once they'd stopped, they were on the stand trialling products. Two weeks of it without a single member of staff on the booth: it simply ran. That's exactly what a retail pop-up booth is for — it pulls people in and sends them away with something branded.

And the strongest result of all: Morphe came back. Later that year we joined them again for their three-city UK roadshow.
