How do I change my event date?

Contact us with your booking reference and the new date. We'll check availability for the new date and confirm the move within hours during working time. Date changes more than 30 days before the event are free; closer to the date may attract a small admin fee depending on what's already been committed.

How do I add or remove booths/add-ons from my booking?

Get in touch with your booking reference. Adding products is usually possible up to 14 days before the event subject to availability; removing is possible up to 30 days before with full refund of the difference, or up to 14 days with partial refund. Specific terms in your booking confirmation.

How do I cancel my booking?

Contact us with your booking reference. Cancellation refund depends on how close to the event date you cancel — full refund minus deposit 30+ days before the event, partial refunds closer in. Specific terms in your booking confirmation.

Can I move my deposit to a different event?

Yes — deposits transfer to a new date or different event without penalty, provided we have availability. Useful if your wedding plans change, your corporate event reschedules, or a venue cancels.

What if my venue changes after booking?

Tell us as soon as you know. Most venue changes are straightforward provided they're within our coverage area. Long-distance venue moves may incur a delivery surcharge — we'll quote any change before confirming.
