A framed 43" screen stands on an easel at your event, showing the guestbook and a QR code. Guests scan it with their own phone — no app, no sign-up — then snap a selfie (or pick a photo already on their phone), type a short message and add their name. A couple of moments later their portrait is drawn live on the big screen, line by line, with their message in a speech bubble and their name signed underneath. Each finished portrait joins the guestbook on screen, which fills up with every guest as the event goes on.

Yes — the custom theme upgrade adds your own twist to every portrait: party hats, Christmas jumpers, company colours or a themed backdrop. It dresses the portrait and sets the scene without changing the guest's face. The guestbook itself is fully branded as Surrey FaceBooth, so guests never see a third-party app or logo.
Space for the easel and a little room in front for guests to gather, 1 × standard 13A mains socket and an internet connection — the portraits are created online, so the screen and guests' phones need to be connected. Venue wifi is normally fine; we'll check with you when you book.
