About Magical Moment Events

Magical Moment Events was started by Becca out of a love of hosting, a creative flair and a passion for making things look beautiful. Becca holds a Diploma in Event Planning and Management, and the business is based in Cranleigh, styling and planning events across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, London and the surrounding areas.

Whether you want your whole event planned from start to finish or just a bit of help with the decor, they can do as little or as much as you need.

What They Do

Full event planning: private and corporate events of any size, including managing the other suppliers on the day
Wedding planning and on-the-day coordination: from the first consultation to making sure everything is where it should be, so the couple can relax
Venue styling: dressing a whole venue top to bottom, or just the tables and chairs to match your colours and theme
Balloon styling: arches, garlands, columns, balloon walls, ceiling displays and personalised balloons, using biodegradable balloons
Flower arrangements: bridal bouquets, flower arches, pedestals and table centrepieces in fresh or artificial flowers
Personalised gifts and party boxes

Bespoke, Handmade Props

This is where Magical Moment Events really stands out. Becca and the team research, design and hand-make bespoke props in their own warehouse to match each event's theme, from illuminated decor for a hen party to light-up wooden characters for a themed birthday. Their personalised wooden backdrops are a perfect match for a photo booth: guests get a backdrop made just for the event, and every photo shows it off.

For Bryant Dental's party, we provided our DSLR Selfie Pod and DJ, and Magical Moment Events created a custom wooden light-up backdrop. Their backdrop gave every guest photo a polished, on-brand look, and it's a great example of how a bespoke backdrop can lift a photo booth.
