What do the two card designs look like?

The nice-list card is a cream North Pole letter design with a tartan border, reindeer motif, red wax seal and Santa's signature. The naughty-list card flips to a dark, gold-trimmed design with a gold seal — same certificate layout, entirely different attitude. Both carry the guest's name at the top and their photo in a circular window, and both are printed front and back, with a sealed North Pole Mail envelope design on the reverse.

Are the display cases shown in the photos included?

Cases are a discussed-at-quote add-on — the rigid acrylic display cases in the photos give the cards a graded-collectable look, and there's a hinged double case for guests who want naughty and nice as a pair. Bare cards out of the printer are the default; tell us the look you're after at quote stage and we'll fold it into the price.

Do guests get printed cards, digital copies, or both?

Both — a printed card lands in seconds for each guest to take home, and a digital copy shares straight to their phone via QR code, email, SMS or AirDrop from the booth. After the event the host gets a branded online gallery of every shot from the night.
