Likely yes — we've covered hundreds of venues across Surrey, London, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and further afield. Contact us with your venue name and we'll check our history. We can usually share photos from previous events at the same venue (with the prior client's permission).
We're booth suppliers, not venue agents — we don't sell venue recommendations. But we're happy to share what's worked well in our experience, especially for booth-friendly setups (good power, good photo backdrop space, dance floor near the booth). Ask us informally.
Not usually. For most venues we get the floor plan, photos, and power info from the venue or your planner, and we run setup off that. For unusual venues (historic listed buildings, marquees, outdoor sites) a recce can be worthwhile and we'll suggest it at booking.
Tell us at booking and we'll match the booth choice. Low ceilings rule out the Inflatable and 360 video booth. No-glitter rules limit some props but every booth still works. Listed venues tend to need furniture pads and careful positioning — we handle that.
